Technology should make education more human, not less.
EduCampusOS is built on one idea: technology should do the mechanical work of running a school, so people have more time for the human work. It is a school operating system, a product of Stavion Technologies, part of Stavion Private Limited.
The belief
Most school software was built to digitize records. We built EduCampusOS to create more space for people.
Some things are best left to machines: calculating, recording, organizing, searching, notifying and automating. Some things can only be done by a person: empathy, teaching, mentoring, listening, encouraging and caring. EduCampusOS exists to put each where it belongs, and to give people back the time that gets lost in between.
The same idea is on our About page and our home page. This page explains how it turns into decisions about the product.
What it means for the people in a school
A school is a set of people with different jobs. The test of the idea is what the system takes off each person's plate, and what that person can then do instead.
| Role | The system handles | More time for |
|---|---|---|
| Teachers | Diary, attendance, marks, routine communication | Teaching, mentoring, individual attention |
| Principals | School-wide visibility, reports, alerts | Staff development, culture, strategy |
| Accounts | Fee structures, receipts, reminders, reconciliation | Exceptions, parent conversations, judgment calls |
| Transport team | Routes, allocation, vehicle records | Safety, reliability, responding to issues |
| Parents | Attendance, fees, results and notices in one app | Being involved in their child's learning |
Six principles, and where you can see them
1. One record, not many systems
A student is entered once. Fees, attendance, exams, transport and hostel all read that same record, so nothing is re-typed and nothing drifts out of sync. This is why EduCampusOS is called an operating system and not a bundle of modules: every module shares one data layer and one login per role. See the platform.
2. Systems prepare, people decide
The timetable engine can draft a whole week from a school's rules, but a draft is never published until a person approves it. The Report Assistant answers only from pre-approved report templates. In support, assistants sort and draft while a person confirms the classification and the reply. See how we support you.
3. AI that knows its limits
Class IQ answers a student's question only from their own teacher's uploaded material, at that child's grade, with the source cited. When a question is outside the syllabus it says so and points back to the teacher instead of guessing. See Class IQ and AI in schools.
4. Your data stays yours
Every record a school has entered can be exported at any time, in a usable format, with no exit fees. Data is encrypted, access is limited by role, and the platform is built for India's DPDP Act 2023. See security and trust.
5. Pricing that does not punish growth
EduCampusOS is priced by the size of the school and the service tier, not per student, per feature or per message. Every plan includes every module and all SMS, WhatsApp and email notifications. See pricing.
6. Built for the long run
A school's records span generations, so the product is released regularly, kept current with syllabus and compliance changes, and designed so a record entered in year one is still one click away in year fifty.
What we mean by futuristic
We do not measure the future of school software by how many features it lists. We measure it by whether it remembers, explains and hands questions back to people at the right moment. A system that answers with confidence it has not earned is not the future. A system that cites its source, admits what it does not know, and gives a teacher more time with a child is.
That is why the AI in EduCampusOS is scoped and cited, why automation waits for human approval, and why the product keeps growing in place instead of being re-installed every few years.
What you can check for yourself
A philosophy is only worth something if a school can test it. Before you decide, you can ask us to:
- put the pricing in writing for your school's size, with every recurring charge listed;
- show the full data export on your own sample data;
- walk through a support case from reference number to tested fix;
- demonstrate the features you care about on your own setup, not a generic demo;
- show how a parent sees consent and requests correction or erasure in the app.
We do not publish learning-outcome statistics, and we do not claim that software alone improves a child's results. We claim something narrower that you can verify: less time lost to administration, and AI that is honest about what it does not know.

Frequently asked questions
What is EduCampusOS?
EduCampusOS is a school operating system: one connected platform for admissions, student records, fees, attendance, timetable, exams, transport, hostel, library, HR and payroll, communication, and an AI study assistant called Class IQ. It is a product of Stavion Technologies, part of Stavion Private Limited.
Who makes EduCampusOS?
EduCampusOS is made by Stavion Technologies, the technology arm of Stavion Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN U62013KA2026PTC226686). Sales are handled by Krishnabhirama Marketing Company.
What is the philosophy behind EduCampusOS?
Technology should do the mechanical work of running a school so people have more time for the human work of teaching, caring and leading. In practice that means one shared record, systems that prepare while people decide, AI that cites its sources and admits what it does not know, data the school can always export, and pricing that does not grow with every admission.
Is EduCampusOS only for schools in India?
Today it is built for Indian schools: it works with any Indian state or board, the DPDP Act 2023, rupee billing, UPI payments and 11 Indian languages in the app. Schools elsewhere can contact us to discuss their needs.
